A Hungry Couple are more than just anonymous diners. We come in, order and dine like regular customers, however we will take note of everything we see, hear, think, smell, taste, feel, and then form a report. Our analysis is based on scrutinising the entire front end operations, to find hidden gems which can be capitalised on, problems which will need resolving and improvements and changes which should be made. This is all done in a non-instrusive manner so that you and your staff won’t even know we have been there (we’re just regular faces in the crowd).

- Pre-consultation with client via Skype/phone or in person outlining the process and extra information we need to personalise the analysis.
- Timeframe of dining will be set
- After dining takes place, a personalised analysis will take place using our 100 point checklist. From calling in to book a table, examining the website and social media, how we are welcomed and received as diners, the service, knowledge and appearance of staff , the decor, smells, tastes, look and presentation of food, cost of food and menu items as well as the overall ambiance and feel (to name just a few!)
- Post-dining report via email will be sent. Please allow 7 days post-analysis for receipt of email.
- A Hungry Couple will leave a positive review on website or social media of choice
- A positive social media post on A Hungry Couple (Facebook and Instagram)
- Follow-up re-evaluation/re-visit if desired
